It's a well known fact that only about 10% of business growth projects are successful. But we all use best practices, such as VOC, Stage Gate, and Portfolio Management, learned from experts to plan and implement our projects. So what are we missing? First, do we know, or just believe, that growth is feasible within our target market? Second, do we know the optimum performance in our market from the end user perspective? Not just the unmet needs, but the performance level beyond which further improvement will not be valued by the market. Typically we increment improvement from our current position to improve our offering's performance beyond the best available in the market. But we have no idea where optimum end user performance is. Third, do we know how cost effective our new offering is? Not just the offering’s price or manufacturing cost but the cost for the end user to actually use our new offering.

If you cannot answer these questions quantitatively and confidently, then this webinar is for you. The critical importance that optimum performance and cost effectiveness play in improving the success rate of growth projects will be explained.

You will learn:
• Key market behavior insights learned from over 75 market applications
• Important considerations to determine market attractiveness
• Approaches to determine optimum performance and cost effectiveness
• Practical implementation examples from real life applications
• Actions that can improve product development success
