General Questions
1. I am a PDMA Member, can I use my PDMA ID and Password?

Yes, You can log in to The Source using your PDMA ID and Password.  If you don't remember your password, you can click here and a new one will be sent to you.  Or you can visit www.pdma.org and request it there as well. 

2. I am not a PDMA Member, but would like to be a part of The Source, can I?
Yes, non-PDMA members can be a part of it by creating an account on The Source.  However, as a PDMA member, you receive additional discounts on content and can become a guest blogger.  Learn about all the benefits of being a PDMA member.

3. What are the points that I see on the top of the page?
Participate in group discussions, poll questions, and blogs and earn Source points.  These points can be used towards content purchased on The Source.  100 points equals $1.  Also, PDMA members receive extra Source points during the year, so make sure to become a PDMA member today.

4. I have a discount code, where do I use that?
There is a box in "checkout" that is called coupon code. After you enter your code, hit "apply to order."

5. I have content I would like to be placed on the site, how do I get it on The Source?
Email TheSource@pdma.org your content and someone will get back to you within 2-3 days with further details.

Email difficulties and technical issues
7. I checked out and never received an email with my order.  What do I do?

First, please check that the email did not go into your SPAM filter.  The email comes from "PDMA Source" <TheSource@pdma.org>.

Second, you can always log back into The Source and retrieve your order from your profile page.
1. Click on your username on the top of the page.
2. Click on the "ORDERS" tab
3. This is your order history. Proceed to click on the ORDER NUMBER
4. Towards the bottom, there is a link that says "Click to open a window with a printable invoice."
5. This report will show you the list of items you have put in your cart and the links to download them.

8. I received my email with my order but the links are not hyperlinked to a page.
Please try copying and pasting the link into your internet browser.

Also, check to see that your email format is set to "html" and not "text."

9. I received my email with the content I wanted, but when I click on the link, it does not open in my Internet browser.  What do I do?
If you use Internet Explorer and you got a security settings error, please adjust your security level. You can do that by going to Tools -> Internet Options -> Security (set it to Medium). If it is custom level , then please make sure the "Open files based on content, not file extension" is Enabled.
