About The Source

A New Website Presented by the Product Development and Management Association

The PDMA Source: A Source of Knowledge and Networking Opportunities for the Product Development and Management Community

What is The PDMA Source? The PDMA Source is an exciting addition to the current pdma.org website.

Launched in September 2010, The Source plays host to both free and for-purchase product development related content, on-line communities and forums and other powerful social networking opportunities for professionals to join and contribute to.

The site is populated with many forms of knowledge-based pieces such as articles, transcripts, presentations, pod casts, video vignettes, white papers, benchmarking studies, webcasts, industry/topic specific groups and forums and much more – that align with the PDMA’s core Body of Knowledge areas:

  • Co-Development & Alliances
  • Customer & Market Research
  • Intellectual Property
  • Metrics
  • New Product Process & Execution
  • People, Teams and Culture
  • Portfolio Management
  • Strategy
  • Technology

The Source’s primary goal is to become THE web portal for networking and content on product development, management and innovation. This will be the place to discuss and learn more about topics such as sustainable innovation, global product development, innovation, legal and ethical issues surrounding new product development, process and execution, product design, social media and much more!
